Free First Exchange/Return
- The first exchange/return is free of charge.
- For subsequent exchanges/returns, a nominal pickup fee of ₹199 will be charged.

- You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Return Instructions
- If your return is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions for Refund
- Items must be returned unworn/unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

What if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. You can return the unwanted item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

What is your refund policy?
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding refund approval.
- If approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- For COD orders, please share your account details via email or WhatsApp.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us for support.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
- No, modifications such as changes in size, color, or style are not allowed after placing the order.
- To make changes, cancel the existing order within the stipulated time and place a new one.
Note:
- If an item is out of stock, we will inform you promptly and offer the option to replace it or cancel with a full refund.

How can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this timeframe, cancellations are not possible as the order may already be processed.

Refund for Canceled Orders:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
- For COD orders, provide your account details.
- Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Additional Policy Information
Products sold at a discount or on sale will not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and the final decision of the management and brand owner will prevail in all matters related to warranty and service claims.
